Learning Pathways
Learning should not be overwhelming.
We help you to know the path God has ordained for you so that you can be at rest, focus, and grow intentionally toward purpose, and according to the eternal will of God.
More Than a Collection of Courses
Learning Pathways are structured journeys of preparation and formation within The School. Each pathway brings related courses, lessons, Practicals, assignments and other learning experiences into an intentional order so that students can progress from foundation and understanding into application, formation and greater readiness for God’s purposes.
Rather than presenting students with disconnected courses and leaving them to decide what to study next, each pathway establishes an intentional progression.
A pathway may begin with foundational knowledge, proceed into deeper teaching and understanding, and then move into practical application, personal formation, review, assessment and proving.
The aim is not simply to complete content. The aim is to grow through an ordered process of preparation.
A course gives you knowledge on specific subjects.
A Learning Pathway guides a student through a process of formation.
Why Learning Pathways?
TTW School recognizes that formation develops progressively.
Some truths must be understood before others can be properly applied. Some foundations must be established before a student can move into deeper responsibility. Practical experience, reflection, correction and review may also be necessary before progression.

Learning Pathways therefore help students to:
- Begin with the right foundations rather than entering advanced material without preparation.
- Progress in an intentional order, with each course building upon what has already been established.
- Move from knowledge into practice, through assignments, Practicals, reviews and application.
- Recognize their formation journey, rather than treating learning as the accumulation of information.
- Prepare for greater responsibility, service and obedience to God.
What You May Encounter Along a Pathway
- Core Lessons
- Structured teaching that establishes the principal truths and concepts of a course.
- Reviews
- Sessions designed to revisit, consolidate and test what has already been taught.
- Special Classes
- Sessions addressing particular questions, applications or areas of formation that arise within the journey.
- Bootcamp Intensives
- Concentrated periods of teaching, prayer, reflection and practical formation.
- Practicals
- Hands-on exercises through which students apply what they have learned.
- Assignments
- Structured work that helps students reflect, analyze, demonstrate understanding and apply course principles.
- Q&A / Application
- Opportunities to process questions and examine how teaching applies to actual life and ministry situations.
- Semester Closure
- Periods of consolidation, reflection, review and preparation before the next stage.
Not every pathway will use every learning format in exactly the same way. The structure is determined by what the formation journey requires.
